Terms of Service

The terms for working with Neio.pk. Last updated 12 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use neio.pk or order services from Neio.pk. By placing an order or paying an invoice you agree to them. If we agree something different in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email), that written agreement applies to your project.

Our services

We provide website design,Google Business Profile optimization,local SEO,AI search optimization and social media management. What is included in each package is described on our pricing page and confirmed with you before work starts.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are shown on our pricing page.
  • Third-party costs are not included unless we say so — for example domain names, hosting, advertising budgets paid to Meta or Google, and paid plugins.
  • 50% advance, 50% on delivery (one-time projects)
  • Monthly packages billed in advance on the 1st of each month
  • Minimum 3-month commitment for SEO and social media — results take time
  • Domain and hosting registered in your name

What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your business, and the content, photos and access we ask for.
  • Timely feedback and approvals. Delivery dates depend on how quickly we receive these.
  • The right to use everything you give us, such as logos, photos and text.

Results and guarantees

We work carefully and report honestly, but we cannot guarantee a particular ranking, number of calls, reviews or followers. Search engines, Google Maps and AI tools make their own decisions and change often. We never buy or write fake reviews, because they break Google's rules and can get your profile suspended.

Your accounts and ownership

Your domain, hosting and business accounts are registered in your name. Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final website design and content we created for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Monthly services

Monthly packages are billed in advance. To stop a monthly service, tell us before your next billing date, after any minimum commitment described above has been completed.

Limits of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for problems caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
